Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong as a Room Attendant. You will ensure that every guest room meets the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and security, contributing to an exceptional luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to the engineering team.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and within the required time frame.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest belongings and room access at all times.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or housekeeping role.
• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with strong team spirit.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
