About the role
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at a premier harbourside hotel in Hong Kong. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and delivering excellent guest service across the property.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure guestrooms and surrounding public areas are clean, well‑supplied and meet hotel standards.
- Provide attentive service to all hotel guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Supervise and support Room Attendants on assigned floors, overseeing daily operations.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 5 years of housekeeping operational experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
