Sales Associate

About the role

As a Sales Associate you will be the face of Van Cleef & Arpels, welcoming visitors and clients into the boutique and delivering an exceptional luxury experience. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager and the wider team to drive sales, build client relationships and uphold the Maison’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit new clients, nurture loyalty and achieve sales targets.
• Present the brand’s history, creations and sources of inspiration to clients.
• Provide personalized service, anticipate client needs and deliver after‑sales support.
• Answer all visitor inquiries and offer care advice.
• Contribute to a positive team spirit and daily boutique operations.
• Master in‑store tools and follow commercial policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, enthusiastic, confident and curious.
• Reliable team player seeking a collaborative adventure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, persuasive and engaging.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus.
