Senior Brand Marketing Executive – FMCG, Digital & Events

About the role

We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical group in Hong Kong to find a Senior Brand Marketing Executive who will drive strategic brand growth and execute integrated marketing campaigns. The role involves overseeing brand strategy, events, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of integrated brand marketing strategies to enhance market presence and brand growth.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage corporate events, industry exhibitions, and promotional activities end‑to‑end.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agency vendors to ensure smooth, timely marketing project delivery.
• Prepare high‑quality marketing collateral, promotional content, and messaging consistent across all brand channels.
• Monitor campaign and event metrics, delivering insightful performance reports to evaluate promotional ROI.
• Maintain strict brand consistency and messaging standards across all marketing and corporate communications.
• Track project budgets, handle administrative tasks, and analyze competitor activities alongside industry market trends.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in brand marketing, event management, or corporate communications.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, adept at coordinating complex marketing initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications with solid capability in preparing presentations and tracking reports.
• Highly adaptable professional capable of managing multiple competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and accountability.
