Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position at Howdy Workshop, a full‑service agency in Hong Kong. You will be the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client communications and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and support new‑business pitches.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and other internal teams to execute campaigns.
• Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to clients.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell services.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and act as a reliable point of contact.
• Experience working with creative, marketing, or agency teams on integrated campaigns.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in account management, client services, or project coordination within an agency is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
