Senior Consultant – Strategy & Business Transformation (Hong Kong)

About the role

The Business Transformation team works with senior leaders to turn strategic ambition into measurable results across operating‑model design, organization transformation and performance improvement. This senior consultant role is based in Hong Kong and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end transformation engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements covering business growth, market entry, operating‑model design, organization transformation and performance improvement.
• Conduct market, competitor and business analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic choices.
• Structure complex problems and develop evidence‑based recommendations for senior executives.
• Design target operating models, business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Redesign operational processes and identify AI use cases to boost efficiency.
• Contribute to business development by shaping proposals and participating in client pursuits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, economics, finance, engineering or a related field.
• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or business transformation.
• Knowledge of strategy, operating‑model design, organizational transformation and performance improvement.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Excellent problem‑solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
