Senior Regional Recruiter - APAC

About the role

The Senior Regional Recruiter for the Asia Pacific region will lead full‑service recruitment across entry‑level to senior manager and director positions. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless transition from candidate selection to onboarding, supporting The Nature Conservancy’s mission to protect the planet.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multi‑country APAC markets, including posting jobs, screening, interviewing and coordinating offers.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across Southeast Asia, China, Oceania and broader APAC.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and operations staff throughout the hiring cycle.
• Collaborate with Executive Recruiters on senior‑level searches and ensure alignment with regional talent goals.
• Maintain recruitment databases, generate reports, and uphold data confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in APAC.
• Proven track record sourcing for manager‑level and above roles.
• Experience working with senior leadership (Director, VP) and reporting to them.
• Strong understanding of HR recruitment processes and multi‑country compliance.
