Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the company’s talent demands in line with business and HR plans. Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination and onboarding follow‑up.
• Analyse hiring metrics such as cycle time, cost and offer rate to drive continuous improvements.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities and talent reserve projects.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Psychology or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with strong talent acquisition and campus recruitment capabilities.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong recruitment platforms.
• Solid analytical and judgement skills to assess candidate competencies.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
