About the role
The Ritz-Carlton at UBS Tower is seeking a Store and Receiving Clerk to manage all aspects of goods and stock handling in a luxury hotel environment. You will ensure that inventory processes meet hotel policies and hygiene standards while supporting seamless service for guests and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries.
- Store items safely and organize inventory according to hotel procedures.
- Prepare and deliver stock to internal departments as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate re‑ordering to prevent shortages.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar store, receiving or inventory role.
- Diploma or higher diploma in hospitality or a related field.
- Fluent in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin proficiency.
- Professional appearance, confidence, and a polished demeanor.
- Ability to collaborate and embrace cultural differences.
