Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

lululemon’s Supply Chain Reporting and Analytics team is looking for a data‑driven Supply Chain Analyst to support fast, effective decision‑making across sourcing, production, costing and product development. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that help the business scale, build resilience and improve margins.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of product production processes and data flows.
• Create, maintain and enhance recurring reports, dashboards and automated tools for Supply Chain functions.
• Extract, clean, validate and analyse structured and unstructured data from multiple systems.
• Lead low‑to‑moderate complexity reporting and analytics projects from start to finish.
• Identify trends, summarize findings and distill insights to support business decisions.
• Partner with Supply Chain and IT stakeholders to define KPIs, address reporting needs and resolve data issues.
• Maintain documentation, data definitions and SOPs to ensure consistency and governance.
• Identify data gaps and recommend improvements to reporting efficiency and visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in business analytics, reporting or supply chain operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large data sets.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills with curiosity about business context.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, Power Query, VBA automation).
• Power BI.
• Power Automate or similar reporting/automation tools.
