Systems Administrator – Hong Kong

About the role

Provide in‑person support for PC hardware, peripherals, software deployments, mobile‑device management, videoconferencing, AV equipment and trading‑floor technology, with occasional data‑centre work. Collaborate with global teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical and non‑technical issues while supporting Windows and UNIX environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site support for PCs, peripherals, software roll‑outs and mobile‑device management.
• Maintain videoconferencing, AV equipment and trading‑floor technology, including occasional data‑centre tasks.
• Work with global teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical and non‑technical problems.
• Support Windows PCs and servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure.
• Investigate complex incidents, administer infrastructure‑level systems and drive automation and efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365.
• Practical systems‑administration experience across hardware, software, desk‑side, trading‑floor, AV and conferencing support.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a curiosity to solve unfamiliar problems.
• Clear interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities.
• Availability on‑site Monday‑Friday with occasional overtime, weekend work and travel to Singapore or Shanghai.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred for interaction with regional colleagues.
