About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Assistant to support the Investment Team of a leading hedge fund in Hong Kong. The role involves comprehensive calendar management, travel coordination, and logistical support for high‑profile meetings and events.

Key responsibilities

Manage Portfolio Managers and analysts' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings and events.
Arrange itineraries, flights, hotels, visas and foreign‑exchange processing.
Track upcoming non‑deal roadshows, conference meetings, analyst days and earnings calls.
Coordinate logistics for board meetings.
Track business expenses and prepare expense reports.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3 years of secretarial or administrative experience in financial services.
Knowledge of corporate access and roadshow handling.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Detail‑oriented with high accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
