Account Manager – Client Retention & Growth

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the full‑cycle engagement of our client portfolio. You will be responsible for driving renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling while ensuring high client satisfaction and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve renewal, extension and gross profit targets for assigned accounts.
• Lead 365‑day client engagement to increase utilisation and timely renewals.
• Monitor service quality and resolve client issues to maintain retention.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value and ROI.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Administer renewals, drive upselling and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Track opportunities and pipeline in Salesforce; report on business development.
• Collaborate with internal medical, security, health, operations, and business development teams.
• Implement distribution initiatives with insurers, brokers, TMCs and control‑risk partners.
• Support cross‑border sales coordination with regional and global account teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of account management experience with gross‑profit responsibility.
• Proven track record of successful renewals, extensions and account growth.
• Strong relationship‑building, influencing and negotiating abilities.
• Excellent planning, organisation and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Clear written and verbal communication in a multicultural environment.
• Computer literate and comfortable using CRM tools.
