Account Manager / Client Success Manager

About the role

Flexii is seeking experienced Account Management Specialists to accelerate growth in Hong Kong and Taiwan. You will own the full customer lifecycle, driving revenue expansion while ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes on our on‑demand work‑matching platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, partnering with Sales on renewals and contract expansions.
• Analyze usage patterns and engagement metrics to predict churn, create value scores, and deliver data‑driven business reviews.
• Develop scalable playbooks for onboarding, engagement, and issue resolution to ensure operational excellence.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, collaborating with Product, CS, and Tech teams to shape the roadmap and conduct quarterly strategic reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a revenue‑focused SaaS role.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication in English and Cantonese, with high emotional intelligence.
• Comfortable working with AI‑driven tools for automation and predictive health scoring.
