Account Manager – ICT Solutions (Commercial Sector)

About the role

The Account Manager – ICT Solutions will drive sales and manage client accounts within the commercial sector. You will act as the primary contact for customers, generate new business opportunities and ensure the delivery of tailored ICT solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform direct sales and account management activities, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Generate leads regularly to develop new client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Network Consulting, Systems Consulting and Service Consulting to align solutions with customer requirements.
• Work with consulting teams to create business and technical differentiators.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or account management, preferably within the IT or telecommunications industry.
• Result‑driven mindset and strong teamwork orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
