Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager who will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will understand client needs, help them achieve success with our product, and drive growth through strong relationships. This role requires proactive communication and the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with all stakeholders to ensure customer success.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Visit customers on‑site to uncover opportunities for expanding usage of our platform.
• Develop and execute account plans that align with customer objectives.
• Coordinate with product, support, and sales teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor and report on the health of customer accounts, identifying risks and proposing solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or a client‑facing sales role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate value propositions.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
