Agent Solution Architect

About the role

The Agent Solution Architect will own end‑to‑end architecture for AI, data and agentic solutions delivered by Tectura. You will lead client discovery, solution design and delivery governance, turning business needs into secure, scalable and supportable architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture‑focused discovery workshops, translate outcomes into target‑state solution architecture, scope and delivery approach.
• Create executive‑ready architecture packs for proposals, including assumptions, risks, estimates and implementation road‑maps.
• Partner with account teams to deliver demos, technical workshops and support solution qualification.
• Define acceptance criteria and non‑functional requirements early to de‑risk delivery and strengthen statements of work.
• Produce and maintain high‑level and low‑level designs, architecture decision records and integration patterns.
• Lead design reviews ensuring security, reliability, performance and cost compliance.
• Guide engineering teams on implementation approach, trade‑offs and technical risk management.
• Collaborate with Service Transition Manager and Security/Compliance Governors to meet operational readiness gates.
• Develop and maintain reusable reference architectures, accelerators and templates for agent, RAG and deployment patterns.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership delivering enterprise solutions.
• Proven stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and ability to produce clear architecture documentation.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, integration patterns, identity/access fundamentals and operational readiness.
• Experience estimating, planning delivery and managing technical risks across multidisciplinary teams.
