About the role
The Air Cargo Import Operations Specialist supports the daily workflow of the Air Import Operations team, ensuring smooth handling of documentation, trucking coordination, and data processing for inbound air freight shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational and documentation support for air import activities.
- Prepare and manage air import paperwork and arrange trucking services.
- Enter data accurately and generate routine reports.
- Monitor and follow up on existing orders to ensure timely execution.
Required profile
- Diploma in DSE or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in airfreight import operations within a freight forwarding environment.
- Strong knowledge of China trucking and logistics arrangements.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Putonghua.
- Self‑motivated, able to work under pressure and communicate effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
