All Day Dining Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an All Day Dining Supervisor to join the Food & Beverage Service team at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong. The role ensures smooth daily operations of the restaurant, maintains high service standards, and supports the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily hygiene and cleaning checks throughout the restaurant.
• Monitor food and beverage service to ensure compliance with quality and presentation standards.
• Prepare tables according to reservation specifications before guest arrival.
• Communicate special guest requirements, occasions, or concerns to the service team.
• Maintain inventory records and track store supplies.
• Enforce health, safety, sanitation, fire, and HACCP procedures.
• Assist in supervising staff activities and suggest operational improvements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in food & beverage or hotel operations, preferably in a restaurant or large hotel.
• Strong time‑management, service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Team player with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Required skills

• Comprehensive food & beverage knowledge.
• Understanding of HACCP and sanitation standards.
• Inventory management capability.
