Analyst Programme 2027 – Global Corporate Banking

About the role

MUFG Bank, Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is recruiting for its 2027 Analyst Programme in Global Corporate Banking, aimed at talented graduates starting a career in banking. Participants work alongside corporate banking colleagues supporting relationship management, client analysis and solution development for local and multinational corporate clients, with exposure to cross-border business and disciplined risk-aware decision-making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher with less than 1 year of full-time postgraduate work experience
• Students studying Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline are preferred
• Interest in corporate clients, financial markets and cross-border banking solutions
• Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and take ownership

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and Cantonese (fluency in Mandarin is an advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and present information clearly
