Analyst, Sustainability – Social Compliance

About the role

The Analyst, Sustainability – Social Compliance will be based in the Hong Kong office and report to the Director of Sustainability. The role focuses on managing supply‑chain compliance, supporting factory assessments, and driving responsible business practices across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑risk regions, factories, product categories and compliance issues in day‑to‑day supply‑chain management.
• Support factory assessments and investigations, manage social compliance audit programs (SLCP, WRAP, SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, etc.).
• Lead sustainability onboarding for new factories in APAC through on‑site assessments.
• Develop, verify and monitor Corrective Action Plans to ensure timely, sustainable remediation.
• Partner with sourcing, QA, vendors, factories and third‑party auditors to strengthen supply‑chain practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in CSR, Sustainability, Business or Communications.
• Five or more years of professional experience conducting social audits across APAC.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills, able to work under pressure and travel frequently.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
