APAC Supply Chain & Procurement Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Lead supply chain and procurement activities for major infrastructure and technology projects across the APAC region, ensuring materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and meet project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement for designated tenders and projects, managing budgets, cost controls, savings initiatives and KPIs.
• Coordinate supplier management, logistics and material planning to support project execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management and sourcing teams to ensure material availability.
• Support bid and tender activities by providing supply chain and material cost inputs.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, inventory levels and project milestones.
• Drive cross‑functional coordination to resolve supply chain risks and delivery challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience in project‑driven environments.
• Experience with large‑scale engineering, infrastructure, transportation, railway, security systems or E&M projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing and project cost management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, WBS structures and matrix organisations.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or SAP ByDesign.
