Art Director – Creative Design (Print & Digital)

About the role

The Art Director is responsible for developing and executing high-quality creative work across print and digital channels, with a strong focus on POSM. This role supports multiple client accounts while serving as the key creative team player on a key retail account.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute print, digital, social, eCommerce, and POSM assets.
• Develop original visual concepts and campaign creative.
• Lead creative execution for a designated key account while supporting multiple client teams.
• Ensure brand consistency and high‑quality production standards across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with creatives, account servicing, and project management teams.
• Leverage GenAI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative development and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in art direction and graphic design.
• Strong print and digital design expertise, particularly POSM execution.
• Experience working with retail and beauty brands; pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Fluent use of GenAI tools and platforms.
