Assistant Digital Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Digital Sales Manager to support the Brand, Marketing and Digital teams in implementing eCommerce strategies for our hotel portfolio in Hong Kong. The role will execute digital initiatives, manage social media channels and help build an engaging online community that drives brand visibility and supports sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned digital activities aligned with regional eCommerce plans.
• Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms, monitoring conversations and fostering active communities.
• Participate in online discussions to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction.
• Integrate property-specific and brand messaging into compelling online content.
• Generate reports and analytics on trends, performance and the impact of digital presence.
• Support training and motivation of team members and act as a role model.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain professional appearance and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or social media management.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively.
