Assistant Marketing Manager – Fast Food

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to support strategic planning and own the end‑to‑end execution of marketing initiatives for KFC across Hong Kong and Macau. The role will drive brand consistency, promotional performance and regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Senior Marketing Officers, ensuring high standards in workflow, campaign milestones and POSM rollouts.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and external agencies in 360° execution (ATL, BTL, Digital, Social, PR) of core menu pillars, innovations and promotional campaigns.
• Manage IP partnerships, brand collaborations and related marketing projects from concept to launch.
• Set up and execute consumer research, analysing purchasing behaviour and trade intelligence to optimise campaigns.
• Develop and implement localized marketing plans and store‑level activations across Hong Kong and Macau.
• Oversee in‑store POP roadmaps, promotional materials and audio executions, coordinating with design teams.
• Support Daily Value/Everyday Value promotional frameworks, preparing ROI reports, tracking budgets and analysing post‑campaign performance.
• Communicate timely updates to store operations, product development and external partners on promotional mechanics and new packaging rollouts.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in F&B, QSR, FMCG or retail.
• Proven ability to supervise junior team members and manage multi‑stakeholder timelines.
• Strong understanding of the QSR landscape, menu marketing and integrated ATL/BTL/digital campaigns in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Highly organised with experience in budget tracking and agency management.
• Sound business acumen to analyse campaign ROI, traffic metrics and sales data.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese.
