Assistant Restaurant Manager – Mandarin Grill & Bar

About the role

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Mandarin Grill & Bar team. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to the restaurant’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a delighted bar and dining experience to guests.
• Maintain smooth daily operations and high‑quality service standards.
• Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully.
• Liaise closely with the kitchen team on food quality and presentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on new menus and promotions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in hotel Food & Beverage, preferably luxury.
• Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
