Assistant Service Manager - BMS Maintenance and Service

About the role

The Service team delivers maintenance and service solutions for BMS systems to a wide customer base across all industry segments. As Assistant Service Manager you will lead a growing team of engineers and technicians who maintain and support customer facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team providing support in maintenance, retrofit work, testing and commissioning, installation, service and maintenance, including hardware, software and troubleshooting projects
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and agreed quality standards
• Coordinate all site works, including those done by subcontractors, to ensure compliance with requirements
• Prepare maintenance and retrofit proposals and tenders
• Maintain good relationships with customers

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in building management systems (BMS)
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
