About the role

Join Mastercard’s Launch Graduate Program as an Associate Analyst in Business Development. Over an 18‑month rotation you will work on strategic initiatives that shape the future of cross‑border payments in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Align projects with Mastercard’s operating model and core business priorities.
• Design, conduct, and present market research on the payments industry.
• Analyze cross‑border payment flows across face‑to‑face and e‑commerce channels to spot trends.
• Perform a gap analysis of the Business Development team’s readiness for new opportunities.
• Develop actionable plans to strengthen capabilities and accelerate growth.
• Establish frameworks for systematic identification and evaluation of new business prospects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s program, graduating between Dec 2026 – Jul 2027.
• Available to start on 19 July 2027 and does not require visa sponsorship for Hong Kong.
• Highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and a strong team player.
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer‑focused with solid communication and presentation skills.
