Associate Director, Agency Training

About the role

Prudential is looking for an Associate Director, Agency Training to design and deliver leadership and agency manager training programs, build structured leadership pipelines, and drive innovative learning solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct leadership and agency manager training programs to support recruitment, productivity, and retention.
• Develop structured leadership pipelines and senior‑level talent development plans for succession.
• Engage stakeholders to assess learning needs and co‑create training content, methodologies, and learning journeys.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Drive innovation in blended learning, virtual facilitation, coaching frameworks, and experiential learning approaches.

Required profile

• Degree holder with 10+ years of relevant training experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven hands‑on experience designing and delivering leadership training for mid‑to‑senior level leaders.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, negotiate, and partner across teams.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
