About the role
CITIC Pacific's Youth Program is a tailor-made four to six-week internship and learning experience based in Hong Kong, running from July 2026 to August 2026. It gives participants insight into the development trends, diversified businesses and company culture of a Chinese enterprise in Hong Kong, and includes project assignments on topics linked to the programme's objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Take part in a broad range of attachments across finance, corporate communications, property and project management, business operations and administration, tunnel management, and computer science, engineering and information systems.
- Complete project assignments on topics related to the Youth Program's objectives.
Required profile
- Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student from any discipline.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Team player, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
