Associate Director, Agency Training

About the role

Prudential is looking for an Associate Director, Agency Training to design and run leadership and agency manager training programmes that drive recruitment, productivity and retention. The role also builds structured leadership pipelines and senior-level talent development plans, and contributes to training governance and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct leadership and agency manager training programmes
• Develop structured leadership pipelines and senior-level talent development plans for succession
• Engage stakeholders to assess learning needs and co-create training content, methods and learning journeys
• Monitor, evaluate and improve training effectiveness using data, feedback and performance metrics
• Contribute to training governance, short- and long-term training strategies and resource planning
• Drive innovation in blended learning, virtual facilitation, coaching frameworks and experiential learning
• Take part in special projects on leadership capability building and organisational development

Required profile

• Degree holder with 10+ years of relevant training experience in the insurance industry
• Well-reversed leadership training experience, including designing, planning and delivering workshops
• Proven hands-on experience delivering leadership training for mid-to-senior level leaders
• Ability to analyse training needs, instructional design, facilitation and learning evaluation
• Knowledge of talent development frameworks, leadership competencies and succession programmes
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business acumen, analytical and detail-oriented, able to turn business needs into learning solutions
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
