Associate Product Manager – Pharma Marketing

About the role

The Associate Product Manager will support end‑to‑end pharma marketing strategy for Anesthesia, Hematology and HIV portfolios, working under the Marketing Manager and collaborating with the DKSH Alliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, lifecycle management and launch readiness for current and future HIV pipeline.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day DKSH Alliance activities, track KPIs, manage budgets and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical, Sales, Access, Regulatory, Finance and Supply teams to align execution.
• Enable the sales force through go‑to‑market plans, training programs and clear brand messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical experience in marketing, sales or commercial operations.
• Proven ability to translate market insights into strategic actions and manage brand performance.
