Associate Project Manager

About the role

As an Associate Project Manager you will support product development activities for Hasbro’s Actions Brands portfolio. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution process of products under development, including risk mitigation, planning, monitoring, and recovery.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, reporting status, red flags, and escalations to managers and team members.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep project execution aligned with plans and recovery strategies.
• Drive discussions to resolve issues and achieve closure among stakeholders.
• Coordinate and participate in topline milestone meetings and team reviews, following up on action items.
• Act as the communication hub for all development and delivery information.
• Maintain and continuously improve milestone, highlight, and management reports, ensuring data accuracy in systems.

Required profile

• Degree holder in a business or technical field; Project Management certification is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in product development and/or project management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑evolving environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient written and oral English; oral Mandarin is required.
