Associate Project Manager – Product Development

About the role

Hasbro is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support product development activities for its Action Brands portfolio. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive the execution of new products from concept to launch, ensuring timelines, risks and quality are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution process of products under development, including risk mitigation, planning, monitoring and recovery.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, reporting status, red flags and escalations to managers and team members.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep project execution on track and implement recovery plans when needed.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve issues and drive closure among stakeholders.
• Act as the communication hub for all development and delivery information, maintaining accurate milestone and management reports.

Required profile

• Degree in a business or technical field; Project Management certification is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product development and/or project management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑evolving environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and oral Mandarin.
