About the role

The Associate Solicitor will support a varied caseload within Bowers' commercial dispute resolution practice, advising clients and managing disputes from instruction through to resolution.

Key responsibilities

Advise clients and draft or review legal documents across a range of commercial disputes.
Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence, court and regulatory filings.
Manage disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration or court determination, applying the firm’s fixed‑fee, efficiency‑focused service model.
Liaise with clients, counterparties and external advisors, and contribute to business development and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

2‑5 years post‑qualification experience in commercial dispute resolution in Hong Kong.
Experience handling shareholder, fraud, defamation, harassment, employment, property management, trade, intellectual property and building management disputes.
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
