Audit Associate / Senior – Audit Services (Hong Kong)

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Associate or Senior to join our Audit Services team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will work with multinational clients, applying Deloitte’s risk‑based audit methodology to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective audit solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assume overall control of small to medium‑sized audit assignments.
• Lead audit engagements and, when required, accounting or tax related tasks.
• Build trust with stakeholders while maintaining independence and understanding service expectations.
• Deliver high‑quality audit services, applying relevant regulations and risk‑management principles.
• Select appropriate tools, guidance and methodology to execute the audit.
• Proactively contribute to risk assessment discussions and incorporate findings into the engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Accounting or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of audit experience in a CPA firm, preferably Big 4.
• Professional certification such as CICPA, HKICPA or other CPA designation is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua or Cantonese).
• Demonstrated digital dexterity and ability to adopt new technologies quickly.

Required skills

• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and HK GAAP.
• Experience with IPO‑related audit work.
• Intermediate proficiency in audit analytics and data visualisation.
• Ability to use audit‑specific software and digital tools.
