VP, Product Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on VP of Product Analytics to lead the analytics function across our crypto, stocks, prediction markets, perpetuals and futures products. This player‑coach position combines executive leadership with deep technical involvement.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision, priorities and operating model for Product Analytics and build an AI‑native analytics operating system.
• Hire, coach and develop a high‑performing team while reviewing data‑engineering and analytical PRs (SQL, data models, pipelines).
• Own product and business reporting, experimentation, release measurement and the Amplitude data stack.
• Design and implement AI‑enabled workflows, reusable tools and governance for high‑stakes decisions.
• Lead diagnostic deep‑dives into activation, conversion, retention, market liquidity and product health.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Product Analytics teams in fast‑moving, complex organisations.
• Strong hands‑on technical judgment with advanced SQL skills and experience on modern data platforms such as Databricks.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to redesign analytics operations and create reusable agents or tools.
• Excellent product judgment, people leadership and executive communication abilities.
