AV Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an AV Support Technician to join our team in Hong Kong. The role will provide on‑site and remote audio‑visual support for conference rooms, boardrooms and large multi‑divisible spaces, working closely with our APAC teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote and on‑site technical support for video‑conference systems and webcasting platforms.
• Operate, test and troubleshoot integrated AV equipment in conference rooms and boardrooms.
• Process technology requests, schedule webcasts and manage event logistics.
• Create, update and resolve tickets in ServiceNow, escalating issues when necessary.
• Monitor customer environments and AV devices using company and customer tools.
• Provide Tier 1 support for AV devices, UCC applications and related infrastructure.

Required profile

• Based in Hong Kong and able to travel to client sites as required.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to act as an extension of the client’s team.
• Experience with integrated conference room solutions and event production.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet client event schedules.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Video‑conference systems (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Webcasting platforms.
• UCC (Unified Communications and Collaboration) applications.
• Audio‑visual equipment installation, operation and troubleshooting.
