About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead the administration, support, and lifecycle management of enterprise Linux and Windows platforms in a highly available production environment within the financial industry. The role focuses on platform stability, security, and automation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead administration, support, and lifecycle management of enterprise Linux and Windows platforms.
• Drive platform stability, security, patch management, and vulnerability remediation in line with technology and regulatory standards.
• Champion automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with application, network, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to deliver infrastructure projects and technology upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or platform support, with strong expertise in Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
• Experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated environments is highly preferred.
