Banquet Server – Guest Service Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Banquet Server to join our Guest Service team at the International Commerce Centre in Hong Kong. As a Server you will help create memorable dining experiences for banquet guests by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet tables, chairs and service stations.
• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate guest requests and special dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies and follow health‑safety standards.
• Handle menu information, verify orders and assist guests throughout the event.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and reaching overhead.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical duties safely.
