Bilingual Call Center Representative – Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Call Center Representative who can fluently speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. This fully remote position supports patients across the United States by scheduling home‑care visits and providing a compassionate phone experience.

Key responsibilities

• Call patients in the US to schedule home‑care appointments.
• Engage with patients in Cantonese over the phone while using English‑language systems to record information.
• Follow training protocols and document interactions accurately.
• Provide a helpful, professional, and compassionate experience – no sales involved.
• Follow up as needed to confirm appointments.

Required profile

• First‑language fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong command of English for using tools and communications.
• Previous phone or call‑center experience preferred.
• Quiet, professional home workspace with reliable computer, high‑speed internet and noise‑cancelling headset.
• Ability to work US time‑zone hours and start immediately.
