About the role

We are looking for a fluent Cantonese and Mandarin speaker with strong English skills to join our remote call center team. The role involves contacting patients across the United States to schedule home‑care visits and provide a compassionate, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Call U.S. patients to arrange home‑care appointment times.
• Engage with patients in Cantonese over the phone.
• Record information and follow protocols using English‑language systems.
• Deliver a helpful, professional, and compassionate experience without sales pressure.
• Follow up as needed to confirm appointments.

Required profile

• First‑language fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken).
• Strong command of English for using tools and communications.
• Previous phone or call‑center experience preferred.
• Quiet, professional home workspace.
• Reliable computer, high‑speed internet, and noise‑cancelling headset.
• Ability to work US time‑zone hours and start immediately.
