Boutique Supervisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Boutique Supervisor supports senior and fashion advisors in delivering an ultimate luxury customer experience while assisting the Head of Boutique and Deputy Head of Boutique in daily operations. Acting as the bridge between management and floor staff, the role ensures the brand’s image and service standards are consistently upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Boutique and Deputy Head of Boutique in maintaining high image standards across the boutique.
• Conduct regular grooming and visual merchandising inspections to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Supervise floor performance of Senior Fashion Advisors and Fashion Advisors, providing prompt assistance with customer enquiries and resolving complaints.
• Promote the Client Service Values (CSV) and adapt communication styles to meet customer emotions.
• Monitor client engagement, support customer recruitment and retention, and maintain personalized client data.
• Act as an effective communication channel between management and floor staff, fostering open dialogue.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and brand image.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise between management and staff.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
