Branch Service Executive – Teller

About the role

Hang Seng Bank is seeking a Branch Service Executive (Teller) to deliver high‑quality, customer‑friendly banking services across its extensive branch network. The role focuses on efficient counter transactions, safe‑deposit box management and supporting the bank’s digital engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality service through efficient and customer‑friendly counter transactions.
• Ensure the security of safe‑deposit boxes and support related operational tasks.
• Promote e‑service registration, improve multi‑channel engagement and drive business transformation.
• Support branch operations, adhere to guidelines and procedures, and make appropriate referrals based on customer needs.

Required profile

• Associate degree / Higher diploma or HKCEE/HKDSE with relevant subjects, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong service orientation with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, eager to learn and adaptable to change.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
