Corporate Accountant

About the role

A firm providing accounting and corporate services, including company set-up, company secretary and management advisory to international, Italian and European clients in Hong Kong, China, South-East Asia and beyond, is expanding its professional accounting and tax team. It is looking for a corporate accountant based in Kowloon.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients
• Prepare month-end closing, bank and intercompany reconciliations
• Monitor AR and AP transactions and cash flow management
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Handle clients independently
• Liaise with auditors and prepare tax filing documents

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a business-related discipline
• Member of HKICPA or another accounting professional body
• Hands-on experience handling full sets of accounts
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong accounting system and taxation is a plus
• Independent, well organised, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, able to meet tight deadlines; immediate availability preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese
