Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

Blue Bottle Coffee is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand management, marketing and product initiatives in Hong Kong. You will shape the functional strategy, drive integrated marketing briefs, and partner closely with the Brand Director and General Manager to align brand activities with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning and architecture for the Hong Kong market.
• Lead the creation of integrated marketing briefs and go‑to‑market plans, reporting progress to the Brand Director.
• Research consumer insights and market trends to identify current needs and future growth opportunities.
• Act as a steward of the brand mission, ensuring all activities support overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with Café Operations, the General Manager and cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with operational goals.
• Facilitate brand strategy discussions, ensuring insights‑led targeting and execution.
