Broker Service Consultant (Hybrid Enrolment)

About the role

Bupa is looking for a Broker Service Consultant to act as the main point of contact for insurance intermediaries in Hong Kong. You will combine enrolment support with broker relationship management, ensuring high‑quality service while handling a fast‑paced workload.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for brokers within your portfolio, handling queries via email and phone.
• Investigate and resolve broker issues, identifying trends and proposing proactive solutions.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with brokers, supporting their training on the online portal and enrolment processes.
• Prioritise and balance tasks between enrolment activities and broker service, including renewal administration.
• Provide accurate assistance on complex claim, premium, and commission queries.

Required profile

• Hold, or be eligible to obtain within 3 months, an Insurance Agent License from the Hong Kong Insurance Authority.
• Pass IIQE Papers I and II and meet other regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
• Strong numeracy, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting productivity and quality‑assurance targets.
• Excellent time‑management and independent, agile work style.
