Business Development – Autonomous Cargo Vehicles (Hong Kong)

About the role

The Business Development professional will lead market expansion of our autonomous cargo vehicle solutions within Hong Kong’s logistics sector. You will identify and acquire new clients, build partnerships, and drive project implementation to grow regional sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market development and client acquisition targeting logistics companies, supply‑chain enterprises and channel partners.
• Establish and nurture collaborations with local enterprises, overseas Hong Kong‑based institutions and industry channels to scale solution adoption.
• Monitor market trends, policy changes, customer needs and competitor activity to shape localized business strategies.
• Lead end‑to‑end business development processes, including negotiations, quotation preparation, contract discussions and project launch.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients and partners, coordinating with product, technical and supply‑chain teams for smooth delivery and after‑sales support.
• Analyse market data and cooperation cases, continuously refine strategies and provide detailed market analysis reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Hong Kong’s logistics or supply‑chain industry with solid knowledge of local operations and market expansion models.
• Proven track record in B2B/B2C logistics business development and key‑client management.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English for independent communication with local and international partners.
• Strong market insight, negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
