About the role
The Business Development Manager will drive growth of AXA's employee benefits and medical insurance portfolio across Hong Kong and Macau. The role focuses on acquiring new business, renewing existing contracts, and supporting the sales team to meet overall targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales targets by developing renewals and new business.
- Assist the team in meeting overall sales targets.
- Develop medical insurance business through multiple distribution channels.
- Coordinate marketing activities related to product launches.
- Provide services to customers and intermediaries.
- Maintain close relationships with key business contacts.
- Identify and develop new business sources.
- Support the team head in developing and executing strategic plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years experience in telesales, business development or call centre, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong leadership ability and capacity to deliver results under pressure.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
