Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our fast‑growing team in Singapore or Hong Kong. The role offers the chance to shape the future of AI and fintech by building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships that accelerate business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, aligning their needs with our solutions.
• Design and execute comprehensive event strategies, including attendee acquisition, sponsorship packages and promotional activities.
• Own projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, operations, legal and finance to achieve shared objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, conduct competitor analysis and stay informed on emerging AI and fintech technologies.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development, sales or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and comfortable working independently.
• Strong interest in AI; existing network in the AI industry is a plus.
